Happybirthday In Arabic

cake with foie gras and duck matches


Recipe found on the site Barbichounette I invite you to visit.
I replaced the ham with matches duck.
Ingredients: 150 g
flour 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs
8 cl oil
13 cl of milk
120 g 150 g grated
matches Duck
a piece of foie gras
salt and pepper
Using a whisk, combine all ingredients except the foie gras. Pour half the mixture in a lined cake tin, place the pieces of foie gras luck, pay the other half of the preparation and one hour back in the fridge so that foie gras is very cold.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees in convection oven and cook for 45 minutes . Turn out after cooling.
This cake can be served cold with a salad, but for my taste, it is best slightly warm.
