Squares lemon almond tart apple






This recipe has been around the blogosphere, but I had not yet tested.
Ingredients: 125g butter

40 g sugar 150 g flour

3 eggs 150g caster sugar
2 teaspoons lemon zest bio
12.5 cl juice Lemon
35 g flour

Prepare a paste with sweet butter, icing sugar and flour. Roll out the dough as evenly as possible into a rectangular mold. Bake 15 minutes at 200 °, the top should be lightly browned.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar, zest, lemon juice and 35 g of flour, pour over the hot base. return to oven for 20 minutes. Cool before
sprinkle generously with icing sugar. Cut into squares.
