zucchini gratin with ricotta




A small variant of zucchini gratin.
Ingredients for 4-6 servings:

2 zucchini 2 onions 1 clove garlic

250 g ricotta cheese 2 eggs

50 g of grated cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, pepper, herbs de provence
Sauté onions in olive oil, add coarsely grated zucchini, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs de provence, simmer 15 minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile, using a whisk, mix eggs and ricotta cheese, salt and pepper. Combine zucchini slightly cooled.
Pour into a buttered pan, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 3o min at 200 ° to obtain a nice golden upper crust.
