Ice Cream biscuit



With or without ice cream maker, ice is a marvel.

Ingredients for a quart of ice around:
80 g sugar 120 g biscuit

20 cl cream
30 cl semi-skimmed milk 4 eggs

Mix all ingredients for 30 seconds, the filter Using a colander and put 20 minutes in ice cream maker, then in the freezer overnight.
If you do not yet have an ice cream maker, mix milk, sugar, biscuit and egg yolks, filter, and then gently fold the egg whites and whipped cream into whipped cream. Place this mixture overnight in the freezer.
You can serve this with ice nature biscuit crumbs or as an accompaniment to apple pie or a cookie.
