Small snails (no snails) to enjoy an aperitif :
Ingredients for 24 pieces:
4 squares of puff pastry
snail butter home, prepared with butter, parsley, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper. For quantities
, I chopped a few sprigs of parsley, a clove of garlic, shallot and added a little butter until a creamy parsley.
Spread the garlic butter on 4 / 5 of the puff pastry, cut each square into 6 strips and roll each strip to obtain a snail, the party representing the head without butter. Place on a baking sheet lined with paper sufurisé, leaving the head flat. Forming antennas using 2 half toothpicks, and bake 15 minutes in hot oven (180 °) watching cooking. Remove from oven once the pastry is golden brown and filling is still green.
