This recipe can be prepared in advance, but cooking is always done at the last minute. Ingredients for 6
mellow:
100 g of dark chocolate to make pastries
2 eggs + 2 yolks 50g flour
100 g sugar 100 g butter
salted with salt crystals
butter for ramekins
Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler or microwave. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yolks, add the flour and whisk vigorously. Stir in sugar mixture and add the chocolate / butter.
Divide mixture into 6 buttered ramekins.
Bake 8 minutes for an ultra-soft flowing and 10 minutes for a soft heart melted.
Turn the soft right out of the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
