Ingredients: 500 g
potato
2 eggs + 1 yellow
20 cl
cream 1 tablespoon flour
salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley
Peel and grate the potatoes, the spin with a paper towel, add the eggs, cream, flour, parsley and spices. Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown and a waffle crisp.
